Breakfast Popsicles

School’s out for summer and nothing screams summer like POPSICLES!

Check out this simple mom-hack from RR Founder, Beth Vazquez for BREAKFAST popsicles.

(yes – you heard that right – we said breakfast)

INGREDIENTS:
Greek Yogurt
Frozen fruit of your choice
Frozen spinach (for added protein)

Mix in blender (add water if needed)

Freeze in popsicle molds (or dixie cups with a popsicle stick) and whola! Easy, instant, balanced breakfast.
