Water Balloon Partner Race: Pairs hold a water balloon back to back as they race to a finish line. If the balloon pops before the finish, they must run back to get another and start again. Once at the finish line, they must pop the balloon (standing back to back) to be named the “winner”.
Water Balloon Relay: Teams are created, and an equal number of water balloons are distributed / team (in buckets at the starting line). When the race begins, individuals must take turns grabbing a balloon, racing to a designated spot, and sitting on their balloon to pop it before racing back to tag the next team member. The first team to pop all their balloons and return to their starting point wins!
Tasty Treat: Healthy + Hydrating Popsicles!
Make your own healthy + hydrating + tasty popsicles with coconut water and fruit. We recommend any combination of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and bananas (red, white and blue), but use whatever you like. Simply wash and cut up fruit. Fill each popsicle mold about 1/3 full of fruit mixture, and then fill with coconut water to the top (we like Simply Balanced Coconut Water found at Target). Freeze and enjoy!
